Welcome. I completed my PhD in health services research from George Mason University in May 2022. My primary research interests are child maltreatment prevention, Medicaid and health policy, and antipoverty programs. I am a Senior Researcher with Mathematica's Medicaid Analytics community. I was previously Acting Director of the Office of Value-Based Purchasing (OVBP) and Senior Economic Advisor with Virginia Medicaid, and before that was the Senior Researcher in OVBP. I also have prior experience in consulting, assisting with Medicaid managed care capitation rate setting and other projects for the Lewin Group.
